¿What is Yoga?

Yoga is an ancient cleaning and purification practice for the body and  mind which you can use to generate a deep space of self-knowledge. Apart from practicing an Asana (body posture) and pranayamas (breath practice), you are dialoging with yourself.
During the first sessions, your practice is focused on getting to know the postures and the breathings. Thought this process, your practice gets richer and opens up to the totality of your being. Then you can experience the other 6 aspects of yoga: social behavior, personal behavior, sensory abstraction, concentration, meditation and the deep space of Samadhi. The experience and the discovery of these spaces, opens up and connects you to your being.
Here, the root of the word yoga, that means Union, becomes a real possibility for life, and your relationships. You will see unity behind everything and discover that if you can see God in all, you can’t see God at all.

Today, Yoga is an area for health, education, personal care, sports and spiritual development. Today it is worth it to learn systems that could help you feel better, in an ever changing, stress out, and crazy world.

Our discovery of Yoga (the great tree) has been though the walking of 2 systems, Kundalini Yoga and Iyengar Yoga.
