It is a psychophysical tool that works on the glandular and nervous system. It works with mantras, postures and pranayamas. Master of Kundalini Yoga, Yogi Bhajan brought this technology from India so people could integrate it into their daily life’s. Its effects are a deep relaxation and an openness to mental clarity and spiritual peace, without having to renounce the world. It is for a modern world. The variety of kriyas, meditations, pranayamas is broad, and its method is effective to anybody who wants to sustain his life from the electromagnetic field. There is a balance between all that happens inside and the outside.
The biggest lesson he learned, from being at the feet of the master Yogi Bhajan, was sharing with him his basic interest in human life. This was to live life from reality, not fantasy, a simple math on how to be prosperous in your life.
Many time we believe the master in just somebody meditating, cross legged with his hands in the heart center. Yogi Bhajan was more than this. He was active, had 36 corporations created by him, teaches every day, slept 2 -3 hours a day and he was serving all the time to many, many people that would come. That was service. Someone constantly in action to help elevate the human condition. He also had a religious role, showing the way of the Dharma (spiritual way) in its essence and a way of life. Instead of all the challenges, he had a flexibility in his world.
I am completely grateful for having shared his presence in this lifetime. And he left a lesson that became part of my life.
Though the teacher training courses and classes I transmit these with my heart.
